This is my “moment” picture, taken mid-August, 2009. When I saw this photo, I could not believe how big I was. I immediately posted it as my desktop picture on my laptop and started looking for a permanent solution. I will occasionally post progress update photos.

Well, where is the log of your current look. From another post you’ve lost a lot a weight and wearing smaller pants now. So where’s the picture? You should show off your progress.
